About us:

Our world-class, 47-acre sports facility is one of Wiltshire’s largest outdoor sporting venues, and the first in the county with two 3G pitches. We offer flexible facilities for a range of sports and are the home venue for numerous youth and adult football teams.

Year-on-year quality renovations across all pitches allow Stanley Park Sports Grounds to continually provide the highest quality football pitches. The highly trained professional grounds team ensure the turf is nurtured from the root to leaf by adopting a pitch renovation programme that includes scarification, verti-draining, top dressing with sand, over-seeding and the use of fertilisers. This process is in place from the end of May through to mid-August. With continual planning and preparation all year round, each of the fourteen football pitches that we currently have will be able to accommodate approximately six to ten hours of football per week during the season.

The facilities available at Stanley Park include:

• Two superb FIFA 3G floodlit artificial grass pitches
• Fourteen grass football pitches of various sizes
• Changing rooms for teams and officials
• Pitchside Kiosk – open through football season & serving hot food including vegetarian and vegan options with hot and cold drinks
• Two conference/meeting rooms that are available for hire
• BMX Pump track – open all year round, free to use
• Free car parking

3G:

Our two 3G floodlit artificial grass pitches look after over 125 teams, clubs and organisations over the course of one season. Normally, the pitches are hired out in thirds, so three organisations can use a pitch at once. However, if you’d like to use the whole pitch, this is also possible.
