Weekly support groups for people in our community affected by life-limiting illness. The Coffee Connection is a free, open access group that offers a chance to meet and chat with others in a similar situation in relaxed, informal setting. We offer these at four locations across our 800sq mile patch, including our most recent addition in Chippenham, as well as online sessions via Zoom.
