Festival of Arts

Sutton Benger Arts Festival hosted by BArts (Benger Arts) is a weekend of Live Music, Dance, Theatre, Art, Song, Workshops and Children’s Activities. Everything from Folk, Rock and Jazz, to circus skills, Free Workshops, Art Exhibition, Arts and Craft stalls, Children’s amusements in the form of rides, face-painting and balloon modelling. Variety of food traders, beer tent and Gin, Prosecco and spirits bar available all weekend.

Festival line-up: Folk Friday (ticketed event) – Three fantastic professional Folk bands all at one venue will open the festival These are: FALSE LIGHTS, FLATS & SHARPS, and SUTHERING, Gates open 6.30pm Tickets and more information available at www.bengerarts.org

Festival Saturday – Fun packed family day with the choice to participate in art, crafts, theatre and music workshops, strolling around the art exhibition, browsing through the arts and craft stalls, enjoying the fairground rides and getting involved in dancing a Ceilidh (Barn Dance) the finale of the day will be to sit back and enjoy fantastic live music on the stage provided by local bands: MICK O’TOOLE, MY BELOVED MONSTER, AIMIE K and RUSTY MIKES. Gates open 11am. Live music will start at approximately at 4pm.

Jazz Brunch Sunday – Come along and chill out by enjoying a delicious brunch box available to purchase from Canape Kitchen and even a cocktail, whilst listening to the wonderful Big Brunch Band. Gates open 10.30am.
