New system to report issues to us!
The Town Council has launched a new digital system for residents and the local community to report issues to us.
The new system will enable you to give a precise location, upload a photo and answer questions which will enable us to manage your report more effectively.
You can create your own account so you will be able to receive updates on the progress of your report.
There are two ways you can use this system, follow the link HERE to the Report-it page on our website to and follow the instructions.
Or, you can download our new app to use from your mobile phone. The app is called MyChippenham and can be downloaded from:
- Google Play store for Android phones
- App store for all iPhones
Once you have downloaded the app, you can follow the instructions to create an account, then submit a report.
