Our customer services in the Town Hall can help with information and queries about our services, amenities and the facilities we run and provide. The team can also help with a wide range of community information.

If you would like to report an issue such as litter, graffiti or grass cutting you can send an email to report-it@chippenham.gov.uk

You can also pop in and say hello, our opening times are:
Monday – Thursday 9am – 4.30pm
Friday 9am – 4pm
Saturday 9.30am – 3pm

Neeld Box Office is open on show nights from 6pm until the show start time.

High Street Gates

The High Street gates are closed:

9.30am-7.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

6am-7.30pm  Friday, Saturday and Sunday

What we do

The customer services team is there to help you with information about the services, amenities and functions we provide. They can help with queries and information about Neeld Community & Arts Centre, the Town Hall, John Coles Park, Stanley Park Sports Ground, Chippenham Museum, Yelde Hall, London Road Cemetery, Friday & Saturday Market, Monkton Park,  our play areas and allotments and the sites we maintain across the town.

They can help with information about the varied opportunities to hire our facilities across our venues.

You might be enquiring about booking your wedding service and ceremony in our elegant Town Hall, wanting to celebrate a special event in the Neeld or hold a conference in one of our venues or report an issue about one of our services – the team can deal with your enquiry and pass you to the relevant member of staff.

Community information

The foyer is a great place to see what’s on at the Neeld Community and Arts Centre. You can pick up our Neeld show season programme that tells you about the shows and events happening over the coming months.

There’s a range of local community information available from our customer services area including bus timetables to college courses and food and drink directories.

You can bring in information for our poster displays and let us know about local community events and activities that we can help you publicise. We also hold information for partner organisations such as consultations by Wiltshire Council.
