Whilst our shop is closed, we have two options to deliver our range to you safely.
Free doorstep delivery for addresses in Chippenham Monday to Friday, with deliveries taking place 4pm – 5pm. We will ring the doorbell and step a safe distance away until item is collected. Click here to see a guide to the area covered, and please contact us if you are not sure.
Standard UK postage £3.50, First Class with Royal Mail. We will post orders placed before 12pm on the same day, Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 to 5 working days.
If ordering more than one item for postage to the same address at the same time, please add the £3.50 postage option to one item and select free doorstep delivery for the remaining items in your basket. For International orders please get in touch with us directly to place your order. We always retain proof of postage if required.
We do hope you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to be refunded for an item bought online please let us know within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or phoning 01249 705020. We can’t offer refunds, unless faulty or not as described, on food or pierced jewellery. The order will be refunded once we have received the returned goods in perfect condition and packaged sufficiently to withstand delivery. We will not refund the cost of return postage unless the products are faulty.
