We are now able to hold Full Council, Standing Committee and Sub Committee meetings in person, starting with the Annual Council Meeting.

Our Annual Council Meeting will take place at The Neeld Community & Arts Centre on Wednesday 19 May at 7pm. This is our first face to face meeting since the COVID-19 pandemic began, therefore we have made some changes to the way the meeting will operate, which are in line with our new protocol. This is available to view HERE.

If you would like to ask a question for public question time:

Please submit your question in advance of the meeting ensuring we receive it before 12 noon on Tuesday 18 May via enquiries@chippenham.gov.uk. Priority will be given to questions that have been submitted in advance.

When sending your question please state clearly whether you wish to attend the meeting to read your question out and we will reserve a seat for you, or if you do not wish to attend and would like an officer to read out your question on your behalf. Should you wish to ask your question at the meeting an officer will guide you through the correct process on your arrival, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time to enable this.

If you would like to participate in the meeting, there are a few ways in which to do so:
