Customer Services Assistant

Part Time, 6 hours per week
£18,319 to £19,819 pro rata (£9.07 per hour)

This is an opportunity to join our Customer Services Team. Based at our new customer services point, you will be an ambassador for the council, acting as the first point of contact for customers and visitors to the council and associated box office.
The town council is a pro-active organisation providing a wide range of services, facilities and amenities to our community. Including: the Neeld Community and Arts Centre, Town Hall, Stanley Park sports ground, Chippenham Museum, John Coles Park and London Road cemetery.
You will work as part of the Customer Services Team providing excellent standards of customer care and consistent high quality information and advice on all aspects of the Council’s services.
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, reliable person with excellent inter-personal communication skills to join the team. Previous experience of working in a busy, customer services function would be desirable.

Hours of work: Saturdays: 9.15am – 3.15pm, with the occasional need for covering additional hours.
