Customer Services Assistant
£17,169-19,238 (pro-rata for part-time – 17.5 hrs per week)

This is an opportunity to join our new customer services team at Chippenham Town Council. Based in our new customer services reception in the Town Hall, you will be an ambassador for the council, acting as the first point of contact for customers and visitors to the council and associated box office.
You will work as part of the customer services team providing excellent standards of customer care and consistent high quality information and advice on all aspects of the council’s services.
Hours of work are every Thursday and Friday and two Saturday’s in four (i.e. 6 hrs per Saturday).
