Annual Town Meeting: 6.30pm Weds 2 May

27th March 2018 / News archive

It’s that time of year when we look forward to our Town Meeting!

Each year residents of Chippenham are invited to attend the Town Meeting chaired by the Mayor of Chippenham in the Town Hall. There will be a range of presentations and opportunities for you to ask questions about the services and facilities we provide, or anything else you would like to know which is relevant to Chippenham.

The programme this year:

Introduction from Councillor Sandie Webb, Leader of Chippenham Town Council

Community Policing: Acting Superintendent Mark Luffman, Wiltshire Police

Being a tourist in your own Town: Theresa Hopwood, Visit Wiltshire

Chippenham Hub update: Electrification: Simon Masters, Network Rail, Station Hub: Rory Bowen & Matthew Croston, Wiltshire Council

If you would like to ask a question, there is a process you need to follow. You must be a resident of Chippenham and the question must be submitted in advance.
Please send your questions to:
Mark Smith, Chief Executive
Chippenham Town Council
High Street
SN15 3ER

Or you can email it to and mark the subject as Town Meeting.
