CORPORATE SUPPORT MANAGER

Spinal Column Point 30 to 34, £26,822 to £30,153,
Auto enrollment into the Local Government Pension Scheme

As Corporate Support Manager you will be responsible for leading elements of the finance and administrative function including; insurance and risk management, data protection, contract management and project management.

The post holder will work within the Finance and Administration team and deputise for the Head of Finance and Administration. Working from the Town Hall, applicants will be of graduate calibre, have experience of administrative management, an understanding of local government and data protection legislation as well as experience of managing staff. Applicants will also have first rate communication skills. The post holder will mentor and manage a Business Administration Apprentice.

VENUES BOOKING COORDINATOR

Full-time, 37 hours per week
Auto enrollment into the Local Government Pension Scheme
Spinal Column Point 18-25 Salary £18,070-£22,658

Our venues hosts a busy schedule of private hires and community events throughout the year, as well as being a focal point for civic life in Chippenham. The Venues Booking Coordinator plays a key role in organising these from enquiries through to follow up.

You will work with clients to understand their event needs and match with our facilities and services, liaise with our Halls team to make the hires happen successfully and process bookings via our internal systems.

Experience of working within an events and/or bookings environment would be an advantage. If you are service driven, organised with a proactive approach then we would like to hear from you
