What we do
The customer services team is there to help you with information about the services, amenities and functions we provide. They can help with queries and information about Neeld community and arts centre, the Town Hall, John Coles Park, Stanley Park sports ground, the museum and heritage centre, Yelde Hall, London Road cemetery, our play areas and allotments and the sites we maintain across the town.
They can help with information about the varied opportunities to hire our facilities including the Neeld, Town Hall, at Stanley Park, the museum and heritage centre and Yelde Hall. They are your first point of contact when you come into our offices and are there to help you.
You might be enquiring about booking your wedding service and ceremony in our elegant Town Hall, wanting to celebrate a special event in the Neeld or hold a conference in one of our venues or report an issue about one of our services – the team can deal with your enquiry and pass you to the relevant member of staff.
You might want to book tickets for a show in the Neeld or sign up your child for one of the coaching sessions at Stanley Park – our team can help you. They also have a range of information on what’s happening across our venues and services.
Queries and issues
The team is your first point of contact if you have a query, issue or problem relating to the services we provide. We can also report issues on your behalf to Wiltshire Council and other partner organisations.
The foyer is a great place to see what’s on at the Neeld community and arts centre. You can pick up our Neeld show season programme that tells you about the shows and events happening over the coming months in the Neeld.

You can bring in information for our poster displays and let us know about community events and activities that we can help you publicise on our social media feed, Chippenham Live. We also hold information for partner organisations such as consultations by Wiltshire Council.

Using our display and exhibition area
The customer service area itself offers a highly versatile, multi-use community hub for a range of activities including exhibitions, displays, workshops and activities. If you’re interested in using the space, please talk to our team.
