The customer services team is there to help you with information about the services, amenities and functions we provide. They can help with queries and information about Neeld community and arts centre, the Town Hall, John Coles Park, Stanley Park sports ground, the museum and heritage centre, Yelde Hall, London Road cemetery, our play areas and allotments and the sites we maintain across the town.
They can help with information about the varied opportunities to hire our facilities including the Neeld, Town Hall, at Stanley Park, the museum and heritage centre and Yelde Hall. They are your first point of contact when you come into our offices and are there to help you.
You might be enquiring about booking your wedding service and ceremony in our elegant Town Hall, wanting to celebrate a special event in the Neeld or hold a conference in one of our venues or report an issue about one of our services – the team can deal with your enquiry and pass you to the relevant member of staff.
You might want to book tickets for a show in the Neeld or sign up your child for one of the coaching sessions at Stanley Park – our team can help you. They also have a range of information on what’s happening across our venues and services.
