Desna Allen represents Chippenham Westcroft/Queens ward on both the Town and District Council for the Liberal Democrats. I am also involved with Chippenham and District Transport for the Disabled. Any leisure time is devoted to Philately, Reading and Quizzes.

I am Paul Darby and I have represented Hill Rise Ward for the Liberal Democrats since 2005.

By day I am a full-time dad to my two sons, mixed with a spot of child-minding and supply teaching; by night, besides my duties on the Town and District Councils, I am a writer and musician. My other interests include gardening, conservation, rugby and preserved railways.

Bill lives in Chippenham and has represented Park Ward on the Council for the Liberal democrats since 2002. He is a member of both the Planning Committee and the Strategy and Resources Committee

He takes a very active part in the Community and is sometimes nicknamed 'The Campaigning Councillor'. He led the very successful 'No Deaths on the A4 Campaign' which resulted in a 70% reduction in accidents on the London Road in the Pewsham and Derry Hill areas. At present, he is leading the fight for Road Calming Measures outside Hardenhuish and Sheldon Schools.

Bill also works with the Drugs Advisory Services to support Carers and Families in Wiltshire affected by Drug Abuse.

He previously worked as International Training Consultant to the Biscuit Industry, and has worked in Third World countries for the United Nations Assistance Programs.

He is a cheerful outgoing character ready to meet and help anyone in the community with local difficulties.

Andrew Noblet, leader of the Council, represents Avon Ward for the Liberal Democrats.

His interests include walking, travelling and listening to music.

My name is Mark Packard and I am a Liberal Democrat Town Councillor for Pewsham.

At the Town Council I am a Member of the Amenities Committee and am particularly interested in the development of Stanley Park Sports Ground. I am on the committee running the Community Hall in Pewsham.

Together with John and Sylvia Doubell I run a fortnightly collection of cardboard and plastic between 11.00 and 12.00am for those unable to go to the local amenity site.

I have represented Avon Ward since 1987. As a qualified internal auditor I have been particularly interested in value for money for the taxpayer and the way council business is managed, and have been Chair of the Best Value committee since it was formed. My interests include photography and transport. I represent the council on the local Wiltshire County Council parish transport group so am particularly keen to ensure that our bus and train services, including Chippenham's bus and railway stations, serve the requirements of local people. For some 15 years, I have been a member of the Chippenham Twinning Association which fosters twinning with La Fleche in France and Friedberg in Germany. I am currently its Treasurer."

Sheila is a Town Councillor for Monkton Park where she had lived since 1991. She is a member of the Green Party. Interests include walking and watching wildlife, cycling, complimentary therapies, and craftwork.

I'm Frankie Wilson and I represent Monkton Park Ward for the Liberal Democrats . I am passionate about supporting local independent businesses and not using plastic carrier bags.

I have been a councillor since 1984 and during that time have served on most of the town council committees. The Personnel Committee with its overview of staff matters is a special interest, and I have led the Management Committee of the Museum and Heritage Centre from the time it opened in 2000.
